Chapter 3
- Saturday morning.
My son knew that his father, Yan Hua, was coming, and his gloomy face instantly brightened.
He happily went back to his room to change clothes, humming a song while getting ready.
At nine o'clock, Yan Hua appeared at the door, dusty from the journey.
As soon as he pushed the door open and before he could even properly place his luggage, my son excitedly pounced on him.
Yan Hua also stretched out his hand, and the two held each other tightly.
"Son, you've lost weight." After they separated, Yan Hua patted his shoulder while taking out gifts from his luggage.
Sneakers, clothes, a tennis racket, and a mobile phone.
My son held the phone, eyes shining.
"Dad, how did you know I wanted this?" His voice lowered, "Mom doesn't allow me to use a phone as it affects my studies.
You should take it back."
"I bought it for my son.
Why shouldn't he be able to use it?" Yan Hua intentionally raised his voice, "That's how she is, always imposing restrictions, there's something wrong with her."
"She only cares about studying every day, making my son study like crazy." My son sighed, but he still couldn't bear to put the phone down.
"Dad, you're always good to me."
What an emotional scene.
I couldn't help clapping my hands.
Over the years, I have given everything I could to my son.
But he always feels that his father, whom he only sees a few times a year, is the one who loves him the most in his life.
In return, I, his mother, am the demon in his life.
I am the source of all his misfortunes.
I smiled and went back to my room, placing the divorce agreement I prepared yesterday on the coffee table.
"Yan Hua, come and sign this." My son, who was closest to me, immediately jumped up when he saw the words on the cover.
"Mom! What are you doing? You want to divorce my dad?"
"After so many years, Dad has worked hard to earn money for the family, so busy that he doesn't even have time to come home a few times a month." "My dad is such a good man, what else are you dissatisfied with?"
